Brill. Voted hot. Great way to get another 2Ah battery and the 'bonus' cordless trimmer.

Sorry tintowelfan I was being deliberately facetious, but actually I don't know and will also try to find out more.

You might want to add 'cordless' is title as that s what makes it a v.good deal.

Ok thanks done. It's a very good deal, I didn't buy one as already bought an expensive bosch but would have happily got this as only going to use it maybe twice yearly.

Could not find the weight of it in the spec. Does anybody know if its a heavy one? Also on the website, just above the product name it shows some 39 reviews but you can not "access" them (is that just a marketing trick?) Thanks

Hi received mine. It's an 18v 2.0ah battery and charger.
Love how light it is. Cuts better than my 600w corded although that's probably all down to the new blades.
The hedge trimmer model number is CHT18KL1, and these are the specs: no load speed 1200 /min cutting diameter 15mm cutting length 520mm machine weight 2.48kg Noise sound pressure 72.05dB (K = 3.0dB) Vibration emission (front handle 1.374m/s) (rear handle 1.322m/s) K = 1.5m/s
As to what other tools or brands the battery will power I have no idea; it's made by Positec Power Tools. Here are pictures of the battery below. Side by side (at the top of my post for some reason)with the Parkside (red on sides) battery which is made by Kompernass

Have one and was worth it @ £40.Superb trimmer for lighter stuff and battery last ages. Will say dont expect it to match the more expensive bosch or b&d's cutting strength (been there and know the difference) but for £25 with a 3 year guarantee its a no brainer buy.
