I find Office Lens very good for OCR. Plus it straightens images and offers a variety of export options eg Word, Note, PDF. It doesn't offer translations though.

thanks, very similar ios version for 99p but the language translations (104) are a in-app cost of £3.99

indeed, translate in real time without the need of taking a pic or scan. Just focus the camera on the text and see the result straight away.

Thanks! Just got the Pro version, used it for years on the PC and this appears every bit as good :-)

ABBYY FineScanner Pro - PDF Document Scanner App + OCR- now £5.49 (was £55.99) - massive discount but still might be bit pricey so not going to post as separate deal.
