Don't see why not as they work over Bluetooth. I have these for use with my iPhone 7 Plus when out on the bike, and must say am quite impressed with the quality.

Looks like you can't lie down in these due to neck band, can you confirm?

That's correct, they would be uncomfortable as it "pinches" the band together to keep it tight around the head.
