Never had an account yet for 12 months 9.99 has been taken even though my cards have changed. I've no way of contacting them.

Apart from the 4 ways listed on their website there isn't a way to contact support, you are right :unamused:
No. My bank didn't explain how it was happening. Ive just changed my card but its carried on regardless.

Banks now have a system that sends your new card details directly to the businesses signed up with them. Crazy.

No, I've only just found out. I'd missed it on my bank app when I'd gone in for something else. I'd tried phone numbers and email without luck I did manage to have a voice chat with 'William' who promised he would sort it all out but I lost him when he told me to get my bank info whilst chatting. I lost the will to live after explaining everything again. Im going to try after the bank holiday.

With respect, it sounds like you need to get your affairs in order if you have only just found out £10 has been deducted from your bank every month for a service you aren't making use of.

Message them on Facebook or send them an email.
My account got hacked, no 2-step verification and some Spanish guy managed to get my account, change the email without any verification and I simply couldn't do anything about it but contact customer service.
I wouldn't use this service again until they add some kind of verification process for this kind of stuff.

yes you can. I got a 3 months for 99p offer which I think I'm in the third month off. I don't use that option but it works on phone or desktop
