Professional system lol... this is a budget system for your local sweet shop or your house.. Professional would be something like IndigoVision, Axis, Pelco etc...

In my mind a 4TB 16 channel PoE system is for professional use. I guess your definition is a £5k to £10k system. Not all small businesses ir householders have that kind of budget, or want to employ a rip off brainless CCTV installer.

Not as good as it sounds, only 4 POE ports and 16CH is only if you drop the resolution to 4CIF.
With 1080p you'll only be able to run 4 channels.

Good points! I was tempted but would want all ports to be POE plus 1080p only on 4 is a bit pants, 16 cameras of poor quality isn't much use for what it is for. Good example showing the qualaties side by side here: blog.midches.com/blo…ion

Get something by Hikvision, plenty of options and upgrades and good UK based support
