Just to point out the obvious - these are USB-C and not the usual headphone jack.

What's so special about these earbuds? Aren't all headphones/earbuds noise isolating? Dynamic noise reduction! The rest is flimflam! All Chinglish!

From my understanding of USB Type C over 3.5mm jacks is that the digital processing moves from the devices DAC to a DAC in the headphones, closer to the earbud. This lessens any noise from inside the device on the signal to the speaker, lessening the travel distance and away from internal circuitry. This also means since the DAC is in the earphones the earphone manufactuer is now in more control, meaning you will get the same music quality across devices. Forgot to mention through that also it moves the amp from the device to the earphone also. On the other side of it, active noise cancelling earphones require power but since USB C can give the power no need to charge the earphones anymore.
Upon saying all off above, I wouldn't expect too much from something at £4 but worth the try before spending on something better. Personally I was only buying as cheap earphones for holidays.
From reading around I beleive they will work with any device that has a USB Type C. Personally mines for a Nexus 6P.
