Zanussi are owned by electrolux and also make aeg and john lewis washing machines. theyre a good, decent washing machine. id say on par with bosch/siemens which may have more programmes, look fancier and have a minimum 2 year guarantee.they all use plastic outer tubs too which is common these days bar form miele which cocst a lot more

Zanussi is decent, better than brands like Candy,Hotpoint, etc but NOT as good as Bosch,Samsung,LG or Miele.

I purchased a Zanussi washing machine in 1995 when Rumbelows were closing down. I got rid of it about 2 years ago as I was worried that the rubber pipes inside would be denaturing. It was still working and might be still going today if I hadn't thrown it out.

Not on par with Bosch or Samsung (and definitely not on par with Siemens) which is reflected in the price and inclusive guarantee. However a reasonable low-mid range brand. You get what you pay for.

I am on my third Zanussi washing machine since I bought my first house in 1989. The first lasted 11 years the second 10 years and was still working fine but I left it when I moved house. My latest is 7 years old and is 8kg cost £440. I like the idea of 10kg and 25% more washing. For a family of 6 the zanussi has been good for us and I have never had a problem so I am definately thinking about buying this.
