If you're on Android there is an app called "LTE Discovery" which shows you what band your mobile phone is using currently.
Hope it helps you out.

No B20 Negative. If only Xiaomi did B20 phones . But they don't want to sell in UK or Europe so its stupid to buy their phones .

It's stupid NOT to buy their phones if you're on any other network other than O2, great phones for great prices.
A little research will tell you that Xiaomi do make some Phones with Band 20 as international versions.
The Mi6 is fairly new so won't be a Band 20 version yet. But as stated in every damn Xiaomi deal you keep commenting in that no Band 20 is not a massive deal breaker to a lot of people.
Have both Xiaomi Mi5 and Xiaomi Redmi 4X and both run sweet as a nut on Three network.

Not strictly true in some form all the UK networks use band 20. For one Vodafone use it extensively. Others not so much.
Xiaomi with most likely never realise a version of this with band 20.
It is obviously personal choice as to whether your prepared to spend this much on a phone that might not work to the full potential of your network. If I knew which band Vodafone use in my area I would be buying this as it's alot of phone for your cash, but none of the avaliable apps seem to be able to identify the band used

But again the loss of band 20 is unlikely to cause a major headache to a lot of people.
Like how a lot of people are perfectly happy with 720p phone screen as it's sharp enough for them, as long as the phone has decent enough data connection to check emails and Facebook I think they're content.
My Mi5 is a non band 20 version and my Redmi 4X is a band 20 model and I've noticed next to no difference between the two.
