Webers popular bullet smokers are great bits of kit, I've just bought myself a 57cm version from wowbbq, this size isn't on offer here due to being on pre order however.

Oh bolleaux, I'm such a pushover. Been wanting a smoker for many years. I've always paid to have to have the fish i've caught smoked. So I've ordered the ickle one (arriving tomorrow so I have to go out in a mo and buy something to smoke). I won't be able to afford to go fishing for a couple of months now.

I have the 47cm and it is a great size for all smoking and food tastes delicious in fact I feel smoked whole chicken this weekend coming on great price

Haha, my 57cm I mentioned ordering turned up Wednesday, I smoked a chicken while seasoning the BBQ, went to do a rack of belly pork ribs today and it's a wash out. Ended up going shopping instead and bought some baby back ribs and some beef short ribs... So that's my few days off sorted for next week!
