No, it was a scientific review that included coconut oil amongst other fats. Just look at the label on the tub, 80-96% saturated fat depending on which brands you get. It's better to eat spoonfuls of butter

I bought one of these the other day, great price! I don't use it for cooking as I'm not a fan of the taste but it makes a fantastic hair mask :smile:
