Thought the hotel looked lovely in the offer & with the tickets that are included costing £18 normally, thought £89 (£44.50pp) was a fab price PLUS you can add a child upto the age of 12 years for just an extra £10 per night, so £109 for a family of 3 for 2 nights. Two night Yorkshire break for Two People staying in the Burn Hall Hotel near York which has really good reviews on various review sites & the offer includes full English breakfast on both days, complimentary access to wifi & 2 Tickets to the York Bird of Prey Centre (usually £9pp).
If you choose to dine at the hotel restaurant or bar in the evenings you'll get a free bottle of house wine on the first night and a free glass of Pimm's if ordering on the second night.
Dates include summer holidays (some exclusions apply)
This former Victorian manor house is set in the North Yorkshire countryside
There is a huge choice of walking routes nearby -- the North York Moors National Park, which has one of Britain's largest expanses of heather moorland, is 20 minutes' drive, and the Howardian Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which contains the Castle Howard Estate, is a 15-minute drive away
The walled city of York, with its soaring Gothic Minster and museums including the York Castle Museum and JORVIK Viking Centre, is 25 minutes' drive away
York Bird of Prey Centre is five minutes' walk from the hotel

I've put in York city centre as start of point, there is buses out but nearest bus stop on a route from York is going be 40 mins walk when you nearer to bird centre. I just checked on Google maps, alternatively look on moovit and start off your destination to the bird of prey centre and it might bring up better options.
