Don’t know if you’ve noticed but it’s been pretty hot around these parts…so what better excuse for a well-earned beer (or two).
To celebrate the recent heatwave, we’ve got a treat of 2 for 1 beers across our restaurants. It’s going to be a long, hot summer, and you need serious hydration.
How does it work? Easy. Head down to your local GBK between the hours of 5 - 7pm on Monday - Wednesday. Buy yourself any burger and choose two beers from our oh-so-chilled selection of pale ales, craft beers and hipster-friendly IPAs. Then hand one of those beers to a deserving colleague (or not).
Here’s to a long, hot, beer-filled summer.
Cheers.

Probably need better deal than that to entice me and mates back to GBK. Burgers are very average now, quality and service had gone downhill few years back.

i think this is tepid but not hot...
... you have to order a burger...
...it doesn't apply to the 500ml (almost a pint) beers but presumably to the Budweiser/Corona size of bottles which are 275/330ml from memory.

just had a look at their menu and it seems they sell 330ml beers for between 4-5pounds
you get 660ml of beer with BOGOF instead of 568ml is a standard pint.. it's only 16.2% more beer you're getting, and a standard pint might be a bit cheaper anyway depending on the pub.

Reasonable offer.
The beers in 330ml bottles are pretty averagely priced compared to other restaurants. £4 to 5 for 330ml is standard, even at Prezzo, Bella Italia etc.
GBK often appears on my halifax rewards with 15-20% cashback so a bit of a savings there.
Comparing the price of a beer at GBK to a pub is a little apples and pears, they're even cheaper in the supermarket !!!
