My contract expired on 3rd July with Three, looking to get this, would I be able to get this through Three? Or does it not really matter that i'm going with this through USwitch?

You will have to ask Three if you can have that deal because if you go though Uswitch they will give you a new number and you won't be able to keep the number you already have unless you transfer to another network and then back to Three...you cannot transfer a number to the same network well most anyway and Three is one that won't let you.

If you are already with Three you can almost certainly get a better retention deal than this. I'd go through web chat and see what they have to offer. You might have to play the game a bit.

The deal is available through Topcashback with £15 cashback.
If you're happy to commit to 12 months, it's only £12 a month with £55 cashback.

Last week I cancelled a 3 contract, bought another 3 contract through a 3rd party seller. 3 happily changed my number over, no hassle.
Did not need to port to a new network first.

I've never had much luck with retentions, always end up being told Three are flexible and I can change my contract when I like (but never any discounted deals).

Is the process to stop at any time this 1-month plan easy?
Do you have to give a notice period (e.g. 30 days) or anytime before the billing month is up?

I'm not sure what you mean. The deals I mentioned are both there for you to buy, both with the cashback advertised. I got it 2 months ago and it's still the same.
