Tesco EXTRA by the Railway station. They had about 20 packs on the shelve.

I remember my first (huge external) CD writer costing £200 and taking an hour to burn a gold CDR
Then it seemed writers doubled in speed every month until you could write a CD in under 2 minutes...
Used them for everything and was writing a few a day - now can't think of a reason to use them - car radios maybe?
