Mine has just broken again, I have been massively unimpressed by the build quality on these. I'm thinking of replacing with a breville halo instead.

What style did you have, I had the older style one which lasted me 3 and a bit years and am looking for a new one but if these newer style ones are naff I'd rather steer clear

I have had this model for three and a half years and it is still working, although I have replaced the handle.
I don't know how much longer it will last, but at this price I've ordered another one as a spare.

Not sure, it was a black one with the larger capacity. But the motor burnt out once and had to be repaired, the plastic lid broke and the paddle. And yesterday it developed another fault where it just clicks and won't rotate.
