A nice size bag and gets decent reviews. Fits 15-16" laptops max. The handle does come up more than you see in the image below. Looks a fair size and decent value for the money.

I've been looking at the Targus . But opted for this. No wheels to worry about. And less than £20 too.
I've had this one since the 7th Oct 2015. Bought it for a slightly higher price (£30.99)
Quality it's not the best but mine is still going strong (being used 2-3 times per week).
Ample enough to carry laptop, cables, mobile, charger, diary, tablet etc comfortably
I would recommend for the price.

I had three of these all had issues with wheels splitting within a few weeks, I gave up after three and accepted you only get what you pay for.
