I wasn't overly impressed with this, mind its not the worse film I've seen. I just feel they left it too long to make it. £10 for a new'ish blu-ray isn't bad but feel it'll be alot less soon. The Apes is a little bonus.
While I'm on the subject of films, a brilliant one to watch is King Arthur.

While we're talking about King Arthur, I thought it was trash.

King Arthur was absolutely ****. T2 was much better for sake of comparison overall as a watchable movie.

Same, a bit too long had passed IMO but I have got the soundtrack which is really good. Ewen Bremner was the real star of the film, brilliant acting.

I really enjoyed this film. While it wasn't groundbreaking like the first one, it did feel like meeting up with old friends again after 20 years. :-)
I do, however, agree that King Arthur was a travesty!

That was one bad film, it's very rare I want a film to end but I did with this, no were near as good as the first

I felt it really takes away the optimism from the end of the first film, I enjoyed the film but it seemed kinda pointless, Nostalgia for nostalgias sake

it Could Never Come Close to the First Film to be Fair, I had modest expectations and they were greatly exceeded

I liked this film. Wanted to love it, but it wasn't quite there for me. Apes free is a bit random, though?
