Ignore the notice on the product page. It will let you place the order. That's all it matters.
Half Spain are buying PS4 on Amazon UK due to much better deals and even though product pages say they don't ship to Spain, they let you place the order and charge for whatever shipping costs are.
So if you're really interested, give it a shot.

Mine arrived today the box was opened maybe by amazon to check contents but everything inside is unused and still sealed in bags etc
