I have an old pair of the foam ones off an old Sony Walkman and they sound great.

Because they are better. If you ever buy a good quality pair you will know what I mean.

I wonder which headphones are better, these or Bang and Olufsen H6. I'm really interested in the H6...I have the MDR-1R, but i don't think the H6 will be much of an improvement.
