Found this by absolute chance - unbelievable deal!! Had to check with the staff that it was the correct price...
Display model but came with all the essentials. There was another £10 off when paying so the total was £429.97
Might be a wild goose chase but worth checking your local store

Unbelievable deal if you can find one. Been looking around for the 55" for a while, but I'd probably have to bit on the 49" if I found one for this price.

Wonder how many hours they have on the panels as display models. It's a good deal but essentially it's a well used second hand TV if it's been on 8 hours a day 7 days a week

Not only that but for those 8 hours on retailer mode, so brightness to full with full saturation..

Which store was this in?

This was in Swansea, fforestfach. They had another one there which was £649 but they weren't sure of the price difference. Might be worth checking other stores in the area if you're close by

I've waited for a decent price on the 49 for ages, just not sure I can be bothered trying to find one. The 55 is too wide for where I'm putting it, and was always the one with the decent prices

Probably store specific, or at least those who have a spare ex-display same model which will be rare!

Pretty sure this was spare ex-display as it wasn't there 2 days ago. They had another one out for £649 - exact same model

Should include its display model in title imo

Currys always have half a dozen tvs that are not tuned in properly so it makes the ones they are trying to get rid of look better.

at full brightness you wouldn't see the dead pixel.

Have the 55" version, this TV is fantastic.
If you can get this at a price even close to this then you're a winner in life!!

My local currys had a LG OLED 55" in Clearance, I was keen to have it but it was the display model. Really put me off thinking it's been on for 8 hours a day or more just running the same demo.
