No - it would be too thin to coat and not durable.

Used this a few months ago on my fence, worked fine with an electric sprayer (even though I think it says hand paint only). needed a couple of coats.

3 coats needed really as this stuff is almost like water. Drips everywhere when painting. We did the fence on 1 side of the garden with this, and the other with Cuprinol Ducksback (much better but more expensive - £10 for 5L).

Used this in my garden last weekend. Despite the slogan "does exactly what it says on the tin", i can confirm like the people above, this is not "one coat". Sure, you can apply just one coat, but it will look like it rained while you were painting it. It took 4 coats to do my garden gate (admitedly the previous homeowner has been somewhat neglectful of household and garden maintenance)

It does drip a lot, but we did the shed with one coat and that was 6 months ago and no problems, maybe we had a good batch

As most people know you need at least 2 coats of this stuff. However if you complain to Ronseal, take photos with one & two coats and keep your receipts you'll get a full refund from Ronseal. This is clearly a rogue product from Ronseal which they need to shift.
