I always buy this when it's on offer at Tesco. Some doubt it's benefits, but I think it does help clean youre injectors and it is an upper cylinder lubricant. Probably not going to make an extreme difference, but for £2 it's worth it.
If you want to make an extreme difference to a rough running older vehicle then Extra Lube ZX1 and other ZDDP additives really do make a difference (though it is supposedly harmful to catalytic converter/DPF but some motor oils have it in anyway , though in smaller quantities these days unless you buy "Classic" motor oil).
But I haven't had any probs and it always makes my familys used cars and motorcycles run smoother over the years. My dad first bought it from QVC circa 1995. Also put abit in the power steering fluid, the radiator coolant, never had any issues.

Apparently Forte advanced formula is the stuff to go for.
Hard to find in stores though as its meant for trade only. Sold on ebay though.
The second best product would be millers.
Never used any myself though.
