Argos are selling these as part of their limited stock clearance, it's an anodised black solid steel 5.2kg tricurl bar for training biceps and triceps. I bought one today from the Upton, Wirral branch and there are plenty left in stock.
First impressions are excellent, it has two bicep positions and one tricep position. For £10.99 it's a bargain IMO.

It started off straight. Some people just don't know their own strength!

That looks really wide - is it just a deceptive picture?

No it's clearly for a man, the two indentations are to hold balls, the reverse indentation in the middle of the ball holding indentations is for raising using your pole. You know you're a real man not when can erect a 30KG lift with one of these bad boys but when you resist making disparaging remarks about the opposite gender due to your lack of familiarity with them.

Disparaging? In what way? If you mean referring to body indentations (how is that offensive) then you do the same in your reply?

I think I missed the intention of your initial post and therefore had a light hearted mini rant, it's obvious what you meant now but I took it as meaning something else. I've been wrong before, I was wrong now and I'll be wrong again that's for sure.
