I use this saw pretty much every day when at work and it stands up to a lot of abuse, I'm on my second one now the first lasted around 3 years before it was run over by a person I was doing some work for. She them purchased a new one to replace it, this lasted around 3 years again before the brushes wore out so I got them replaced and it's still going. I'm a carpenter and I do a lot of cut roofs so the saw is put through its paces so for a DIY person this will probably last a life time

I forgot to mention earlier that this saw comes with the standard 12 month warranty but if you go online you can register it and get another 24 months on top of the initial 12

And as I found out if you forget and the product breaks Bosch extend the middle finger and offer a fixed price OOW repair.
I did think Bosch pro were quality but my sander that cost £100 broke down and it was due to a £1 chinese bearing that wasn't fit for purpose.
