Good price but these ain't all that good. Pretty much all the videos on you tube are from people who are paid to do a review for this trimmer. Also the blades go blunt at least twice as fast as they say and will cost you 12 quid a pop.

These are good for a quick shave, but doesn't get that close as a razor would....saying that, you won't get razor rash !

I've had one of these since christmas, I struggle with really bad razor burn if I wet shave and this really gives me what I consider to be a great shave. Still on my first blade too.

I've had my oneblade since January and I'm still on the first blade. It has lasted much longer than I anticipated and I shave 3 times a week. Little to no irritation which was dire when I was using Gillette fusion proglide after the 2nd shave

reading the comments here (and elsewhere), it seems that this system is good for those that don't shave every day or want a close shave. Would you say is a fair summary?

Yep, pretty much. I use mine every couple of days, but sometimes every day. It doesn't give a close shave, but far closer than a trimmer on an electric shaver, or a set of clippers for example. It's a bit of a niche product (many use for shaping or controlling stubble) but for me, who suffers bad shaving rash, this causes me no irritation at all.
