The Lake District and Yorkshire Dales national parks have been extended. This change took effect in August 2016. We've updated the maps.
Available by download and CD for sideloading onto any compatible handset, or pre-installed on a 8GB micro SD memory card.
Just bought and had a browse .. seems ok .. I also use uk maps app which cost me £8 I think and uses os map info and has been extremely accurate on my walks . Thanks for posting .

Can confirm UK Map for iphone is fantastic. I have used it all over the UK and it works perfectly, all 1:25 and 1:10 are free after the initial purchase. The app now allows GPX files to be uploaded from web site which makes following routes a doddle

Shame it isn't 1:25,000 though - they want you to buy credits to then buy the higher detail .

Suppose they are OK for use with a GPS device but I swear by the 1:25k for proper walking.
