Also another possible silly question but wouldn't be easier/cheaper to throw some whole almonds in instead of butter?

I already have a standard blender / smoothie maker. What advantages does this have over a standard Breville?

Still waiting for my original 900w ninja without iQ to die. Been using it twice a day for 2 years, blending some rather tough ingredients.

Is this the same as / as good as a Nutribullet? Just a lesser brand?

I guess it could be if I had more of them. I use it for both - I don't function without this as my breakfast... Need to get in a whole load of calories and particularly fats, otherwise I feel lathargic.
I use it for bulking as well, as you say, but I'll have one in the morning and one in the evening after my workout.
As for almonds, you're probably right, but it's easier to just throw in a tub of almond butter once a month with an order from Amazom, MP, Bulkpowders. I'd have peanuts which would be way cheaper, but allergy...

- 200ml whole milk

Beaufiful!
