Probably won't give your ankles the support they need for playing any racket sports. Best look for indoor court trainers. :man:

These are very light and very thin, good for the gym or general gentle day to day wear. Very comfy, but they won't stand up to the rigours like a pair of Air Max or similar.

Just ordered these from Nike during their sale, and got them for about £34.10. Nice pair of trainers. Very lightweight. Good grip on the sole. They look nice from the side, but not the best looking trainer from the top. Overall worth the price. A good comfortable pair - ideal for the gym or walks etc.
