Been this price for a while. Don't forget to add VAT to £25

After investigating the fees this isn't a bad deal only major cost would be a printer, can't see many people not wanting a paper receipt at the moment.

The official UK iZettle price for the printer is astronomical, but if you hunt around you can get them a LOT cheaper; I paid less than 50% of the iZettle price via Amazon.
£25 for the reader isnt the cheapest it has been either; they were selling them for £19 last summer.
People looking to expense things for business will be the downside on this.

Took over £500 over 16 sales today. Not a single person asked for a printed receipt (we don't offer them). Choice is text or email. Majority don't actually want a receipt anyways

People are very often happy with an emailed receipt. I've been using one of these for months

Yeah I haven't come across one person who is'nt OK with an emailed receipt. I use the Paypal one though, and as these are portable so the idea is when your out and about, a written receipt book covers those that insist on paper.

Does such a device exist anyone? Something like a Bus Conductors printer?
I've a business app in development that would be handy for receipt printing.

I have one of these, (I'm a cabbie). The machine is very fast at taking payments, especially contactless. The rates are 2.75%. The only real downfall, which some may not like, you will not get the funds in your bank account for 3 business days.
i.e. Take a payment Mon receive Thurs Tues = Fri Weds = Mon Thurs = Tues Fri = Weds Sat = Thurs Sun = Thurs
So be prepared for that. However, that said, my customers do love the fact they can tap and go in a car  IF, and it is a big if, you get it at that price, go for it.
