Decent specs for the price, although there have been questions around build quality and a one year warranty would make me nervous.

1060 with only 3GB? What a spoiler :disappointed:

Yup that 3gb is a kicker spec wise.
MSI have an incredibly bad reputation right now amongst gamers and rightly so. It must be now hitting them in the pocket as they cut prices and offer extended warranties

I got the MSI GP72 6QF Leopard Pro Last August and by January it developed a fault in the fans. The bearings went but it was a big of a pain to send back and without a computer for nearly 3 weeks. It was all sorted in the end but realised that a gaming laptop wasnt a way to go and got a separate machine for gaming and laptop for work. Lucky it was under warranty and I could sell it off without loosing too much on it.
Opening post
i7-7700HQ quad core (2.8 Ghz / 3.8 Ghz)
16gb ddr4 ram
NVIDIA GTX 1060 with 3GB GDDR5
1 TB HDD (7200 rpm) + 128GB SSD
1080p
VR Ready
Thoughts?
