I'm sure the company will deliver what you've asked and paid for but if it's DOA or at any point you need to return or utilise the warranty you're in for a tough ride.
I just would not spend this kind of money on a grey import. £100 chinaphone maybe... £500+ to these cowboys... I'd prefer to pay that little bit more and get it from within the EU.
Great company! Never had any problems with my purchases.

Agree. I wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole. Quite a few deals from them popping all over this site lately. Someone then commented the Trust pilot reviews are all fake, now why would a company pay a third party to leave dire negative reviews of themselves?!

I can't believe anybody votes deals hot from this retailer with all the negativity around them. You've got to be crazy to spend large amounts of money with them.

From the look of it, it seems that it's either a hit or a miss with the company. Alot of people say it's a great company and get their stuff but also alot of people say that they didn't get their stuff

Tom, this is only my experience, but I have now purchased two items from eGlobal (an LG G6 phone and a Canon g9x ii).
Both were delivered inside a week - one by DPD, the other by DHL. Totally happy with each one. OK, if I run into problems ahead, I might have issues, but there are no 'known' issues with either the phone or the camera. Phone was almost half the typical UK price, and the camera was 25% cheaper than the lowest UK price.
