I have been looking around for a new laptop and this pops up and seems extremely good. £900 and you get 1060 that is mad. Every other 1060 laptop I've seen is well over £1200++.
Haven't decided whether I should get this or not. Any comments on this deal and Medion Erazer products in general?

Comments might be useful from last time it was posted in Nov 2016:
So find one I want on outlet then ask customer service for more money off? They recently had 25% off but I missed it so maybe you're right and I'll get one for about £950
Note that it's on for £1,149 there so this Argos deal is £250 cheaper.
The screen is TN, not IPS, but a good one according to some of the folks who bought this laptop last time it was on HUKD. The plus point is it's a full 6GB 1060 GPU, not the common or garden 3GB version you see on other laptops.

You can't upgrade the CPU in a laptop. This CPU is clocked at just 2.3ghz, which may in fact lead to the CPU becoming the bottleneck.
You can replace the CPU in some laptops that use 35w or higher TDP chips as they tend to be available in socketed versions as well as BGA for soldering. The 15w and under are BGA only.
