Ooh, I literally picked up the qualcast 2000w electric one from argos today, bit tempted to swap, although realistically I'm always near enough a power supply to not need a noiser petrol one, and electic is a bit easier to maintain? I'll probably only ever use it for two trees and the occasional log pile addition anyway.. M

Don't need one. No idea what I would use it for. Definitely HOT.

Might just buy one, my local park has loads of trees that I really just don't care for

Have one of these, and FAR better than the electric chainsaws I used previously. You'll need some puff to start it after a couple of months on the garage floor, but it's always started.
You'll be amazed at how much wood you can pick up for the log burner

I've got a McCulloch, not sure if it's this model, got mine from Costco. Superb chainsaws, start easy and cut like butter. Hot

Got one same different name on it think this chain saw sold under quite few names decent cheap saw though
But dont think of it in same league as proper Stihl Chainsaw
Only really worth getting if need to use away from mains power
Have also got electric one for use at home if anything its bit more powerful and no petrol mixing needed
Only thing its not got that great petrol chain saw sound lol

Had one of these for quite a while. It's worth noting that some versions of this have a Husqvarna engine on.

McCulloch is owned by Husqvarna.
Took a punt on this, seems like a decent buy for occasional use.
Opening post
Probably cheaper than buying 2nd-hand
