After years of combat in Vietnam, Lincoln Clay knows this truth: family isn't who you're born with, it's who you die for. When his surrogate family, the black mob, is wiped out by the Italian Mafia, Lincoln builds a new family and blazes a path of military-grade revenge through the Mafioso responsible.

Surprised this is getting voted hot from CEX... It will probably be trashed and incomplete. Really bad CEX for stuff like this, both my locals have a few collectors edition games or special edition etc.... And they are absolutely trashed! IMO they either shouldn't be accepted or be graded.

I've never bought a collectors edition second hand before, my first thought before reading your comment was that it's probably not even going to be all there. I'd rather buy the standard version new for a couple of quid more. So yeah, cold for me I'm afraid

This game had mixed reviews when it was released. Part of this was they withheld copies from the press prior to release date which annoyed a lot of people, other problems were crappy AI, graphics weren't great, it was glitchy and the car handling is more arcadey than mafia 2.
If you ignore the mafia franchise, because frankly it is not even similar to the previous installments, it is a half decent game and well worth £20. The combat and gun handling is solid, good storyline and great cinematic cutscenes.
I started playing this again last week, seems they've continued to provide updates, it runs better now than it did on release day, they've added car races and a proper mod shop (only for a limited list of cars though), new clothes etc. Graphics may be slightly improved too. Haven't crashed into an invisible car since I started replaying it either (was a common glitch).

Not going to vote either way but I would rather pay 10 more and get it from Game knowing the Season pass will work - I've never had issues with CEX items, nothing has ever been missing or broken, but you can't be sure the code hasn't been used as that's the only thing they can't check.
To those who are paranoid about the condition - on the CEX website you can do a postcode search and see if it is in stock near you - if it is then you can easily go down and see for yourself the condition and if everything is there - saves on postage and will be the same price

As someone who's ordered a fair amount from CeX online, I've had some rough stuff but plenty of gems. As others have said, you can check to see if any local stores have it.
Failing that, CeX use Collect+ for returns, so if you weren't happy with it, it would be as simple as slapping a Collect+ label on the package it arrived in, and dropping it off at a collect+ point (or just return to a store).
I see a lot of complaints about CeX and their pricing, but I find they are usually fair and are of course completely transparent about the cash/credit values displayed on the website. "But I could get X on ebay", sure, minus fees and the risk of buyer trying to rip you off. Add in a 2 year warranty included, I'm happy to continue buying from them.
