My sister is looking for a new TV and I found this. I think it's a good deal but want to test people's reaction before I recommend it to her .

Nothing special price-wise for a generic cheap TV. If you're going for this sort of thing it makes far more sense to go down a size, the 49/50" versions are £299 and £319.

Why luxor seems like a ghost company. No website no real clue about specs. I got 40 inch one. Doing well. Yet i always try to get more information about them. They seems like a shadow company

Probably simply because its not really a company, just one of Vestel's badges (and from what I can see Vestel's customer support web pages are about as basic as they can get away with).

Wouldnt recommend. Ive had the 50 inch and this one both were returned within 6 months. Motherboard died on 1st headphone part stop working on 2nd. Returning also takes a while as they insist on sending an engineer to confirm the damage before allowing return.
