I am posting this less to promote the Asda deal and more to suggest you try these sausages as they are really nice, the best vegetarian ones I have tried by far. The normal price is £2 for a pack of 6, but Asda is selling them for £1 currently, Waitrose £1.46 and Sainsbury's £1.50.
As well as being better for the environment and animal welfare than normal sausages, these only contain 1.6g of fat each compared to 7.5g in a normal sausage (using Asda's as an example). Better for your health and easier to wash the grill afterwards.

Awesome. Super cheaper, isn't a class 1 carcinogen, and doesn't cause erectile dysfunction (processed corpse does).

Not if it's grass-fed beef it doesn't. Whereas, both soy and peppermint tea do. Do your research rather than quoting PETA's blinkered viewpoint.

Linda products are £1 in Co-op too. Not vegetarian but these do taste a lot less greasy than regular sausages, plus, they have a surprisingly high amount of protein per calories.

Having switched to a plant based diet a few weeks back for health reasons I have to say that I am enjoying the discovery of some pretty good (and some pretty bad) food along the way. Can't have a lot of the Quorn products as they contain milk and/or egg, so these may be something to add to the list. The pies are pretty good too. Thanks.
