Been looking for a decent spec mobile for under £200. This appears to have good specification from a decent company. Any other suggestions are welcome as my mobile needs replaced!

S75 applies to any credit purchase with an undisputable debtor-creditor-supplier arrangement regardless of merchant location or product (minimum single item of value £100+ and UK-based credit provider). Not clear if Banggood uses a payment intermediary that could break the debtor-creditor-supplier arrangement; EglobalCentral for example accept CC payments directly and EglobalCentral is quoted on credit card statement with no mention of intermediary so all OK. Banggood credit card processing methodology eligibility for S75 requirements is yet to be determined.

I'm calm (as always ) unlike the many folks who post on here after their Chinese bought phone goes or arrives duff and they then realise they have no warranty and it costs them (not Bangood! ) £60 + to return it :disappointed: Enjoy your school hols

Have ordered many times from China with no issues. Most people are aware of the risks which is why I prefer a brand that has proven itself in the market I am buying from. Not a new brand, but a company with a bit history.

You really would spend the best part of £200 on a phone from China with no EU warranty and no economic way of returning if it goes wrong? . All I can say is "Good Luck " - you will need it :disappointed:

Fair enough , if you are prepared to write off £200 if it arrives duff or goes wrong in the next 2-3 years . At least you know the risks .

A guy at work bought one of these and I helped him set it up....
It's really quick... but.. It had the bootloader unlocked so it had an alert when switching it on and the software was all designed for China, so it kept asking if I wanted to buy a roaming package for the UK. a bit of irrelevant crapware as well...
That said, great price!

Can't it be sent to the UK Lenovo/Motorola repair centre if something goes wrong?
