Can't see anywhere it mentions clinically validated - medical grade what does that mean? I'm sticking with Omron.
Add: looking at the "reviews" they seem to be more interested in the connectivity than accuracy - With BP it's very important that the device is reading accurately, whatever make you get - take it to your GP and check with the surgeries monitor, they have to have them calibrated every year.

Unless you know how to measure blood pressure the ancient way, it will be hard to tell whether these machines give an accurate reading over time.
