I bought an Ikra red hedge trimmer a year or so ago, took it back as the cut out switch failed, wouldnt buy another Ikra red product, even with a lambo engine

Small collection bag and wondering why you need that size engine on a 46cm mower.
Id avoid and go for a brigs engine at least you will be able to get parts.
