For £3.99/mth you get 500 minutes, 5,000 texts and 500MB of 4G data on rollover. You can choose to limit your bill to no more than £5 over the tariff price. Also you can roll your unused data over into the next month. So use only 250mb one month and you'll have 750mb to use the next. No need to choose one over the other now! Capping, eu roaming and rollover included in this package.
*officially no tethering but iD say it uses allowances quicker so don't support it but will not kick you off if you do

Effectively they have doubled the data and the minutes and reduced it bu 1p so if any low users are on the old deal then i would suggest to change to this as id charge exorbitant out of allowance rates.

Wouldn't that PlusNet deal for £1.50 more for u/l calls, texts and 4GB data be a safer bet for little extra?

Do you have the link for that please?
Need to take a sim deal soon as TalkTalk Mobile have disappeared from Quidco et al!
A rolling contract would do until they (hopefully) return.

The one for £15 you mean only £11 more a month! Maybe just post the link for the £5.50 deal that you're talking about
I got the same deal for around £6 a month using TopCashBack and clicking through their link.
Slightly off topic but can I now use my allowance abroad due to the EU ruling?

So three network and not plusnet and you need to jump through hoops with redemption cashback not even auto cashback! You don't need to do this with this deal

Has anyone successfully migrated from the old £4/m plan? There does not seem to be any option to do this through their website or mobile app.
Last time I tried phoning them about another issue, it was about an hour of being passed around before I was told they couldn't see or do anything more than what I was able to do through the website.

I have a £5 month contract with these people, 250 mins. loads texts, and one and half gigs of data, i`v not used any data, about 5 texts, and made about ten calls in a month, but my last bill was £7 , they charged me £2 for a 9 second call they call premium, so doe`s not come out of your minuets, we have to be so careful, these plans are not what they seem.

What were the first four digits of the number? Premium calls will never come out of your allowance, no matter which network you are with. I've never had a bill from them over £4, but I've only ever called 01, 02, 03, 07 and 0800 UK numbers, which are supposed to be included. https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/call-charges

I've just called to cancel this exact deal as you can get the same deal with double (500) minutes now for £5 on their website.. however the chap upped my minutes to 1000 now so that's quadruple minutes for £5! Won't be coming off that anytime soon unless I happen to need more data for any reason..

If only these cheap deals didn't always piggyback on Three. I want a backup for my Tablet but not Three as I have them on my main phone and their internet coverage is often a bit crap.

Called them up and asked them to either match the £3 or £4 TPO deal or give me my PAC code. They did offer to 'upgrade' me to the deal listed here, but wouldn't match TPO. All they did was offer what was available on the ID mobile site.

My OH called to switch to this from the current £5 deal. The operator said they couldn't as this deal was for new customers but for £4 pm they could increase the minutes from 500 to 2000. A great deal.
