Tell me about it, and I have over the past few years pretty much replaced all my stuff with Hotpoint. we have a fridge, cooker, Washing machine and tumble dryer - the dishwasher is Bosch though.
I had to go out and buy 4 fire extinguishers to keep next to each appliance just in case!! :wink:
Not a joke. A friend's house went on fire on ground floor after about half an hour of running her newly installed hotpoint washer dryer. Just look at the horror stories online and you will be amazed how this company is allowed to continue to trade.
