Hey all, few of you asking on various social channels on offers to Harry Potter (I've been twice now) and it's an awesome day out - Butter beer is a must.
The hotel in situated in the heart of Watford and literally a 5 min walk to the Town Centre which is full of Restaurants like GBK, Five Guys, Ed's Diner, Nandos and loads of others at one end.
You've then got the huge town centre shopping centre (INTU was Harlequin) with the usual shops you'd - then at the other end of the centre you've got all the bars/pubs and quite a few are family friendly. - Centre is currently being upgraded and going to have Cinema complex, bowling and loads more come 2018 (Cinema approx 10 mins drive from studios if you fancy that - which also has bowling and resturants)
Get to great local sights quicker than you can say 'abracadabra' with Premier Inn Hotel Watford North. In a great spot just outside Watford's vibrant town centre, you'll be well placed for attractions like Warner Brothers Studios, as well as business and leisure destinations in central London. Plan a magical family adventure to Warner Brothers Studios for the Harry Potter tour. Hunt for the latest looks at Intu Watford shopping centre. Or discover the historic heart of nearby St Albans. Then unwind with a tasty meal in our restaurant, and relax in your spacious room and huge, comfy bed.

I went on the studio tour having never seen the Harry Potter movies and only read one book. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend for kids or not so young(like me).
Good deal!

Visited the studio tour earlier this year with my wife, we're both 50+ and we didn't have children with us. Best day out that we've had in ages. Didn't feel the tour was overpriced, there's a huge amount to see. in the end we spent about 4 and half hours there which included about 30 minutes in the café midway. Spent another 30 minutes in the shop at the end too. The audio guide was worth the few quid extra too. We even said we would both go back.

Not sure where the deal is here? This is just a link to Premier Inn with a list of things to do relatively close by, but there's no actual savings as far as I can tell, other than the 'advance saver' non refundable thing which Premier Inn do everywhere.
