Need a night away from the kids this summer hols? ( I know I do & they've not even broken up yet!), just had an email through from Malmaision (was lucky enough to stay there last year) with an offer of "A room, 2 course dinner and Prosecco for two" from just £99 (£49.50pp). I've had a quick look & there seems to be lots of availability throughout the Summer Hols with some Friday nights included in the offer (quite rare for Fridays to be included in special offers I find).
Loving the sound of their Smoked Mackerel Pate served with pickled beets & toasted sourdough & positively drooling at the thought of USDA slow roasted beef brisket with blackened sweet potatoes!
Bookings can be made up until to 24th July 2017 for stays until 4th September 2017.
Sadly London, Oxford & Edinburgh are £199, but the £99 offer has lots of date available for;
Aberdeen Birmingham Brighton Cheltenham Dundee Glasgow Leeds Liverpool Manchester Newcastle Reading
Two course dinner from seasonal Prix Fixe menu HERE or £19.95 allowance towards the A La Carte menu.
Full pre-payment is required at time of booking, once booked this offer cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded

No breakfast and £12 each for it, with a cheap dinner. I could be hungry in the morning. Would have booked a stay if D, B&B

Yeah, me too. Not being able to get breakfast is a real deal breaker. I wish some how there was a way to walk out of the hotel and get a breakfast elsewhere for less.............
Hot from me.

Train line would be your best bet, but maybe consider mega bus or something like that it you're able to use it
This is a great deal and I can really reccomend the Newcastle Mal Maison. Loads to do in Newcastle and this location is superb, it overlooks the Millenium Bridge. Some great options on the quayside for a bit of breakfast the day after your stay.

This one isn't for me but looks like a great deal. Never stayed there, but I've seen the Liverpool Malmaison is in a great location by the docks if anyone is visiting.

My wife and I stayed at the one in reading last year, awful ! I thought the shower had black tile grout but it was just very heavy black slim , it was disgusting. Politely told them on the front desk and they said they knew about it but were struggling to source a suitable cleaning product. My wife recommended soap and a brush. Had a meal there in the evening with 2 friends which was Ok apart from the party of 20 who decided now was a great time to fall out, shout and scream at each other and 2 of them step outside for a fight. To my amazement they were let back in once they had finished. Waiter told us it was because the restaurant didn't want to miss out on the bill !!!!
1st and last time I have ever been to one of their hotels. Shame as others seem to have enjoyed their stays. Recommended if you are into UFC
