yeah, I was thinking of ordering about the same time as you and was looking for a code. Just as well I held out waiting for a code. Thanks to op for the code as always. Good luck to trying AO to get the discount code off your order. If not maybe you can cancel the original order and reorder. Pity have to pay £15 del to NI but can't win them all :stuck_out_tongue:

One more quick question can the discount codes be stacked,
Just ask because I got a £20 code for opening a new account. Can I use the £20 code as well as the TV40AO code?

I find ao pretty good at amending orders
I bought a fridge from them, and then found it cheaper at Tesco
Ao were happy to amend their price. Do give then a call asap

Life lessons 101 always Google for a voucher code, saw this and the code earlier on in the week but didn't think it was much of a deal so didn't post (no offence to the op).
I'm sure they'll retrospectively add the voucher code if you give them a ring (which you'd have to do to cancel the order anyway), they amended my order/voucher code rather than cancelling/reordering.
Once I got through they were very helpful, just be prepared to wait on hold a while (and by a while I mean 30 plus minutes).
As for the voucher codes these don't stack and just cancel each other out when creating a new order, no harm in asking them but I doubt they'll apply both (I didn't bother as the TV40AO wasn't applicable to my amended order).
I originally ordered the 65" as the 55" was out of stock, but have since rung them to amend this to a 55" instead (they told me they had 3 left after my order if I recall correctly).
I feel this offers better value all round using the £20 new account discount and £50 trade in offer, also don't forget sites like topcashback/quidco.
You'd have to cancel/reorder through the site to be eligible and it's only 1.5%, but still it's another £9.00 - £13.00 in your pocket.
This makes the 55" just over £500 (bargin imo for such a highly praised TV), although if you're in the market for a 65" I don't think you can go far wrong with the above!
