Please always read your terms and conditions upon approval of credit. I made the mistake of assuming I had been granted 33 months interest free. In the fine print I had actually only been offered 13 months. If I can save someone else from making this mistake I will feel slightly better.

Thanks op. Just transferred. Also missed the bit about the fee refund. Which is a nice bonus.

Been with Halifax for over 30 years since leaving school. Had loans, mortgages, credit cards, numerous bank accounts with them. The one and only time in my life that I ever needed financial help from them during difficult times a couple of years ago, they turned their back on me.
Got a good job not long after, just finished hitting them for as much PPI as I could and now turning my back on them for pastures new. If it's a caring bank you want, avoid these crooks.

Got 29 months just last week with 0% fee. That's almost free money.
