You wear a helmet regardless outside in any climb. Lead climbing doesn't make it any different just climber can fall if not clipped in to first quick draw. Not indoors though for me anyway.

Ye, posted a rucksack other day, got one myself and its quality. Harness as well I've posted which is amazing for the price, bought harness for my dad.

The image isn't about helmets, it's making fun of the belayer cause apparently he's giving out too much slack - imo it's fine cause it's not going to make a difference till it's clipped.
