Someone correct me if I am wrong but this appears to be old stock, either that or the model number is unique to ITS (a trick John Lewis are renowned for to avoid people doing price comparisons).

I think the 887 is part of the 'G2' range from Dewalt, after doing a bit of research it looks like it only came out last year. Cant find the model number elsewhere so probably exclusive to them. Most other places are selling the body only for around £120 so extra 60 quid for two batteries and a charger seems pretty damn cheap

I have one, and it's great. Top of the range, I never use the 3 setting because it's too fast and powerful, it sinks normal sized screws in wood faster than I can control. If you were also in the market for the batteries it's a good deal.
