I tried the dream cream for weeks and as mush as i desperately wanted it to work it was just moisturising and nothing more, she still has her eczema.i am about to try this, i used pure coconut oil to stop the redness and flaring and it has calmed down and dried up a little so im going to try this. i really hope itll work.

Child's Farm didn't work for my little one. Fingers crossed it works for you. It really is a lottery finding one that will clear up eczema.
Salcura Bioskin Junior worked for me after trying nearly everything else available. It's slightly pricey but well worth it because it cleared it all up. Good luck x

Thanks for posting, OP.
For those of you who are looking for the holy grail moisturiser, have you tried using SLS and fragrance-free emollient creams and ointments, instead of soap, to help prevent eczema flare ups? Soap and harsh cleansers are often triggers. Examples of emollient creams and ointments which can be used as cleansers as well as moisturisers, include Aquamax Emollient Cream, and Epaderm Ointment. Both can be purchased in 500g tubs at a reasonable price. Even cheaper if you make use of the excellent Chemist4u Voucher currently listed as a deal here on HUKD!

This cream didn't work for my son. I was hoping it would after reading so much about it. It made his eczema patches a little softer for a couple of days but then actually made his eczema worse

I was so excited to try this cream on my eczema and it just didn't work, after a couple of days it was actually much much worse. I'm back on the aveeno now and there was a big difference almost right away, oh well.
Not voting either way because it might work for some.
