Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare delivers something for every Call of Duty fan with three unique game modes: Campaign, Multiplayer, and Zombies. Delivering a rich and engaging narrative in a setting unlike anything to date in a Call of Duty game, the campaign is a return to the franchise’s gritty, military roots throughout new environments never before seen in the franchise.
The player will embark on a classic war story about grand scale naval warfare; all set in a grounded future where human conflict has spread throughout our solar system. Multiplayer action combines Call of Duty’s popular chained-based movement system with ground-breaking gameplay innovations to deliver the deepest and most engaging Call of Duty experience to date. The title introduces stunning, never before seen, multi-planetary environments, new weaponry, and all-new player abilities to Call of Duty. In addition, the new Zombies experience will thrill co-op players with an original, direction featuring fun and unique gameplay, all wrapped into an uproarious narrative sure to excite fans.
RETURN TO CLASSIC, LARGE-SCALE WAR Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will take players on an unforgettable journey as they engage in heroic battles from Earth to beyond our atmosphere against a relentless, enemy faction that threatens our very way of life. It’s grand scale war and hallmark boots-on-the-ground Call of Duty action with memorable characters, rich emotional arcs, and stunning new environments, all within an epic new setting.
A CALL OF DUTY CAMPAIGN TO REMEMBER Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare puts storytelling front and center, in a deeply engaging narrative. It features jaw-dropping set-pieces and blockbuster cinematic moments, while also delivering a gripping portrayal of war that harkens back to the roots of the franchise. Infinity Ward also breaks new ground by thrusting the player into wartime leadership as Captain Reyes, a Tier 1 Special Operations pilot, who takes the helm of the Retribution, one of Earth’s last remaining warships. In a time of unthinkable hardships, Reyes must lead the remnants of coalition forces against a relentless foe in a war that spans our solar system.
FIGHTING A FANATICAL ENEMY The Settlement Defense Front (SetDef) represents a splinter group of insurgents that broke away from the United Nations Space Alliance during a war of secession, years ago. In the world of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, our planet has been stripped of its natural assets through population growth and industrial expansion. The people of Earth now rely upon colonies throughout the solar system to mine planets and asteroids for necessary fuel and other resources. The SetDef is a fascist power, comprised of brutal and militant radicals, toughened by the extreme conditions of offworld environments. They seek to control those outposts and their wealth, putting a stranglehold on the countries of Earth. After years of uneasy stalemate, diplomatic relations are strained, and it will take only the slightest nudge to lead to full-scale war.
GEAR UP FOR INTENSE MULTIPLAYER Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will incorporate the popular chained-based movement system players know and love into an innovative multiplayer experience that rewards players more than ever before for utilizing their surroundings and applying strategy in the heat of the moment. Maps are designed to further leverage the chained-based movement system and immerse players into fast, fun, and frenetic gameplay that players have come to expect from Call of Duty. With its new approach to play, multiplayer will bring innovative gameplay that challenges players to achieve their goals in creative ways based on their specific play style.
BATTLE THE LIVING DEAD IN A ZOMBIES THRILLER Infinity Ward introduces a fresh take on the nightmarish Zombies mode in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. With an all-new, immersive Zombies storyline for players to uncover and explore, players are thrust into a spine tingling adventure not for the faint of heart. Zombies will take players on a wild ride with a multitude of new features, while thrilling players with the core mechanics that fans have come to expect from the mode.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare raises the bar yet again, delivering three stellar experiences in one exceptional package.

Very good price, shame the legacy edition never seems to see these kinds of discount. I know it wouldn't go this cheap but never even seems to get this proportiion of discount and now modern warfare has come out standalone it will probably hold it's value even more as it will look a better deal considering how expensive standalone mw is....

It really is worth getting this if just for the campaign. It's fantastic and the PC version is really well optimised.

No, get it for the single player campaign only.
Servers are practically empty with just a dedicated few propping it up, who have played it so much you won't stand a chance.

Forgive me I usually play console but have a gaming pc as well mainly for the kids. I have played cod most of the older ones mainly for campaign and I was lead to believe this was the go too online fps for a long time? is this just on pc that it has no online community, I thought it was the latest game in the series? Have I missed something.

Cheap price but if your buying it for the single player campaign be aware it was a chore to complete.

Most fans of the franchise weren't happy with the whole futuristic thing.

To put it bluntly. Activision/InfinityWard destroyed their PC CoD community by releasing mediocre ports of the game. Not to mention how 'Bastardised' the game has become just so they can save money by pushing a 'one glove fits all' approach to their consumers and that has not only somewhat alienated their PC base, but also destroyed it.
And I say this as a huge fan of the early CoD games. CoD1/CoD:UO/CoD2/CoD4:MW etc etc. I enjoyed those games immensely for many many years alongside BF2 because how open InfinityWard dev team were. The game was open to modders so there were lots of community made mods available as well as maps. InfinityWard provided the tools to make their great game even greater but that went down the crapper at the end of CoD:MW when they decided to lock the game off from the modding community on PC, take away dedicated servers and the ability to have admins/mods to kick hackers and aimbotters - which i hear the game is absolutely RIFE with and cut down the amount of players you can have per server (player cap) because consoles back then couldnt support anything above 8vs8. Its 16 vs 16 now but back in the day it used to be 32 vs 32 and it was fun as hell.
the last GREATEST CoD was probably CoD4:MW or possibly CoD:WaW. the CoD4 remaster that Activision/IW held to ransom to make you buy their crap infinite warfare game is also somewhat bastardised in the MP department but people bought infinite warfare just so they could get and play the CoD4 remaster that wasnt being sold seperately.
Nobody cares about Infinite Warfare and they are grasping at straws by going back to WW2 in their up and coming game.

Wow thanks for the feedback, sounds a lot like what 343 have done to my go too fps halo in the day. Don't even get me started on Street fighter. Profit before players, can get away with anything they want these days, just like all the latest churned out movies, using the same safe formula. I read the latest fast and furious movie is the the biggest opening weekend gross money maker in history. In "HISTORY"!!! sad world we live in today. Why do developers need to pull their finger out when this sort of money can be made with the same basic formula even if it's mediocre results at best.

Battlefield 1 is the go to online FPS at the mo, the community is thriving.
It also looks and sounds about 20x better than COD. The PC version also benefits from improved graphics and looks incredible in 4k, it's not just a lazy straight port.
