Cheapest I've seen this, been after it for a while since the steam workshop modding went live and it's the most popular recent COD title on Steam with around 5-6K people playing daily, after the releases of Infinite Warfare & MWR were diabolical.
Can confirm that it includes the Nuketown Map, even though there is a more expensive version on cdkeys for 18.99 which says it includes the bonus map.
Lots of CoD haters out there but I enjoy them for a quick match of TDM + Domination to pass the time. Not a bad price at all for this.

Update, been playing this today and it is very good, multiplayer is populated well in most modes. It runs fantastically, I get a steady 140-144 FPS on my machine which is a 7600k + 980ti both overclocked so a fairly high spec. No stutter, feels smooth as butter and I'm very happy at this price. Haven't tried zombies yet, but it's meant to be a great mode for those who like that sort of thing.

Yeah I remember that one and I reserved it then didn't bother and always wish I'd just bloody bought it.
This is the next cheapest it's been since that deal as far as I know.
